At InternsCode, we are confident in the quality of our courses. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all course purchases. If you're not satisfied with your course, you can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
1. Eligibility for Refund
You are eligible for a refund if:
- You request the refund within 30 days of purchase
- You have completed less than 30% of the course content
- You provide a valid reason for the refund request
- You have not previously requested multiple refunds (abuse prevention)
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
- Refund request made after 30 days of purchase
- More than 30% of the course has been completed
- Certificate of completion has been issued
- Course was purchased with a promotional discount exceeding 80% off
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Account has been suspended or terminated for misconduct
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Log in to your account
- Navigate to "My Courses" or "Purchase History"
- Click on the course you wish to refund
- Select "Request Refund" and fill out the form
- Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days

4. Refund Processing Time
- Review Period: 3-5 business days
- Approval Notification: Via email
- Refund Processing: 7-10 business days after approval
- Credit to Account: Depends on your payment method and bank
5. Partial Refunds
In certain cases, we may offer partial refunds based on the amount of content consumed or special circumstances. These are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
6. Bundle Purchases
If you purchased a bundle of courses, refund requests are evaluated per course within the bundle. You cannot return one course from a heavily discounted bundle and keep the discount on remaining courses.
7. Subscription Refunds
For subscription-based plans:
- Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime
- No refund for the current billing period
- Access continues until the end of the paid period
- Annual subscriptions: Pro-rated refund if cancelled within 30 days
8. Technical Issues
If you're experiencing technical issues preventing you from accessing course content, please contact our support team before requesting a refund. We'll work to resolve the issue promptly.
9. Internship Programs
Special refund terms for internship programs:
- Full refund if not accepted into the program
- 50% refund if cancelled within 7 days of acceptance
- No refund after internship start date
10. Payment Method Refunds
- Credit/Debit Card: Refunded to original card
- Net Banking: Refunded to source account
- UPI: Refunded to UPI ID
- Wallet: Refunded to platform wallet or bank account
11. Exceptions and Special Cases

12. Fraudulent Refund Requests
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear fraudulent or abusive. Multiple refund requests or patterns of abuse may result in account suspension.
13. Chargebacks
Please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks result in immediate account suspension and may incur additional fees.
