No Refund Policy
At InternsCode, all course purchases are final and non-refundable. We encourage you to carefully review course details, curriculum, and previews before making a purchase decision.
1. General Refund Policy
Important: Course payments are NOT refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Partial or complete course completion
- Dissatisfaction with course content
- Technical issues on student's end (device, internet connectivity, etc.)
- Failure to complete the course within specified timeline
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Account suspension or termination
2. Exceptions - Refundable Situations
Refunds will ONLY be provided in the following exceptional cases:
- Duplicate Payment: If you accidentally made a double payment for the same course
- Overcharged Amount: If you were charged more than the displayed course price
- Unauthorized Transaction: If a payment was made without your authorization (requires proof)
- Technical Error: If a payment was processed but course access was never granted due to a technical error on our end
In such exceptional cases, only the extra or incorrectly charged amount will be refunded. The refund will be processed after thorough verification of the claim.
3. How to Report Payment Issues
If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptions mentioned above:
- Gather all relevant payment proof (transaction ID, receipt, screenshots)
- Email us with detailed information about the issue
- Include your order ID and payment details
- Our team will investigate and respond within 5-7 business days
- If verified, refund will be processed within 10-14 business days

- Verification: Payment records, transaction logs, and account activity

- Refund Processing: 10-14 business days after approval
- Credit to Account: Depends on your payment method and bank (may take additional 5-7 days)

8. Payment Method (For Eligible Refunds)

- UPI: Refunded to UPI ID used for payment
- Wallet: Refunded to original payment source
9. Chargebacks - Strictly Prohibited
WARNING: Do NOT initiate a chargeback with your bank without contacting us first.
- Chargebacks result in immediate permanent account suspension
- All course access will be revoked
- Legal action may be taken for fraudulent chargebacks
- You may be blacklisted from future enrollments
